My name is Kevin Lett and the focus of my blog has changed over the years. I now tend to post material about my own family. I occasionally transcribe and post wills, deeds, obituaries and other records. I also give my opinion on new products and services in the genealogy community. My main areas of focus are Richmond city and Mecklenburg County.

thanks for the follow on twitter - curious about your lessons, I'm sure even those of us who have been researching for years can pick up good info and tips? With all those who've already signed up it sounds as if the hobby is still hot! What a great thing!
